Requirement analysis
Given our extensive experience in the billing
and telecommunications industry we
understand well our clients' needs. Defining
the business and functional requirements is a
complex process in which our consultants
have been involved on numerous occasions.
Application architecture design
A sound application architecture is the basis
for a successful technical implementation of
any application. Our consultants have worked
on a large number of CRM and billing
implementations where various products and
packages have been integrated and we
therefore understand the complexities in doing
this. Having a good understanding of all
components and their interaction enables us
to define appropriate application architecture
for the system being implemented.
Design of software components and
interfaces
Based on business or functional
requirements, our consultants are able to
deliver a design which allows the client to
easily understand how the required
functionality is achieved and allowing the
developer to implement the solution. Design
is based on well documented design
principles and allows usability, good
performance and maintainability. We are
able to design for a multitude of platforms
and programming languages.
Geneva® upgrade
From analysing the functional benefits of
upgrading to performing the actual upgrade,
our consultants have the experience you
need. Careful planning and regression
testing is required for a seamless upgrade.
Depending on the setup, automated analysis
of custom components may be performed to
determine where software modifications are
needed.
Migration
Migration of legacy data into a new system
poses many challenges. Successful
migration includes defining a strategy and
carefully executing it. Having performed
migration from different legacy systems into
various CRM and billing systems our
consultants know the challenges and
complexities involved.
Testing
From unit testing through to user acceptance
testing, our consultants know what it takes.
We can take part in all stages of testing,
including defining a strategy, creating and
executing test scripts, performing volume
and regression testing and working with
users during user acceptance test.
Quality assurance
We offer our expertise to verify that the quality
of the work done by other parties match
market standards and follows best practices.
We are able to perform technical reviews,
verify that configuration has been performed
in an appropriate manner and help with
ensuring the optimal performance.
Geneva® configuration
Our consultants have worked on a large
number of Geneva® implementations from
version 3.2 to current versions. Having
performed configuration for a number of
different companies across industries and in
a variety of countries has allowed us to gain
extensive knowledge about the product and
how it can be configured to meet the
requirements of our clients. A fast
implementation of new products and
services is often a key requirement of our
clients and our experience helps our clients
meet this requirement.
All our consultants speak English and
in addition some speak German, Polish and
Danish.
